    What will my role involve?

    Assist with setting up and tearing down event spaces, support guests during events, facilitate and engage in discussions at event tables, take notes, gather feedback, and address any logistical issues as they arise.

    What is the expected commitment?

    On an as needed basis, depending on event schedules. You will be contacted in advance to confirm your availability.

    What will my role involve?

    Contribute article ideas, write publications and thought pieces, and aid with social media engagement.

    What is STUK looking for? You are:

    - Experienced in article writing and content creation.

    - Comfortable managing diverse social media platforms.

    - Able to work independently and manage tasks remotely.

    - Flexible and willing to contribute consistently.

    What is the expected commitment?

    Flexible, with the opportunity to work fully remotely.

  • We are seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with our storytelling and documentation efforts for our ‘40 Degrees Stories’ project focused on the impacts of extreme heat.

    What will my role involve?

    Conduct interviews with individuals affected by extreme heat, gather and document personal stories, testimonies, and photos. Additionally, volunteers would capture and map out main ‘hotspots’ in their local area and collate evidence of heat-sensitive areas.

    What is STUK looking for? You are:

    - Experienced in conducting interviews.

    - Experienced with photography is a plus.

    - A good communicator.

    - Able to work independently and manage time effectively.

    - Flexible in working remotely or traveling as needed.

    What is the expected commitment?

    Flexible and project-based, with the opportunity to work remotely. Availability will depend on the project’s needs.

  • We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us deliver workshops and educational sessions on overheating and adaptation in schools.

    What will my role involve?

    Assist in delivering workshops and presentations on overheating and adaptation to various audiences while supporting the development of a comprehensive resource bank.

    What is STUK looking for? You are:

    - Experienced in facilitating workshops or public speaking.

    - A good communicator.

    - Willing to help with resource development and information management.

    What is the expected commitment?

    Hybrid role, with a focus on the Greater London area. Flexible
    involvement depending on workshop schedules and project needs.
